Irish Stew

Wanna try an irish dish? The Irish Stew is the perfect choice. It is alike the "Eintopf" a meal, which includes a variety of ingredients. Lamb or Mutton, potatoes, carrots are mostly used and boiled in water. In the ancient times, a stew was a popular cooking method, using a cauldron as the major cooking tool. I had the Irish Stew in Lincolns Inn and it is good affordable option for dinner.

Hauptsächlich Lamm oder Schaf, Kartoffeln, Karotten werden verwendet und in Wasser gekocht. Im antiken Zeitalter war ein "Stew" eine beliebte Art zu Kochen. Dafür wurden Kessel verwendet, da es noch keine Öfen gab. Ich hatte das "Irish Stew" im Lincolns Inn.
