Cork and Jazz Festival

Once a year the City of Cork hosts the Jazz Festival for 3 to 4 days. You can attend Jazz events from one in the afternoon till midnight. I had the chance during my visit to Cork to check out the Franciscan Well Brewery, which is based in Cork. Franciscan Well produces the Red Rebel Ale, which is my second favourite beer in Ireland. Sometimes musicians just have a session in a pub and a saxofonista and guitar player perform a gig together. 

Einmal im Jahr findet in Cork das alljährliche Jazz Festival für meist 3 bis 4 Tage statt. Dann kann man Jazz von mittags um eins bis nach Mitternacht in verschiedenen Locations der Stadt geniessen. Ich hatte während meines Aufenthaltes die Gelegenheit die Franciscan Well Brauerei zu besuchen. Franciscan Well stellt das 'Red Rebel Ale' her, was mein zweit liebstes Getränk hier in Irland ist. Manchmal haben Musiker auch nur ne Session im Pub, und Saxofonista und Guitarre Spieler geben alles bei ihrem gemeinsam Gig (=Auftritt).
